I forwarded my rendition of a html code for the employment opportunites to David...unfortunately, I can't get a screen shot to work right now. If there's interest I can send out the code, and picture files so everyone can have a look. Let me know....

We still need the privacy policy (I thought someone said it was finished but I can't find it) and an employment page.

strategic partners

Good evening everyone...I put together a strategic partners page this evening...the page only includes Mcgraw-Hill publishing, UPS, and FEDEX. Let me know if anyone can think of any other companies to include. When you view the page in a web browser clicking on the company icons will bring up their homepage in another window. Let me know if you think any changes need to happen. For some reason I am unable to upload the screen shots of the page...sorry...I sent the files to David to link up with the other pages, so you can check it out the next time he sends an entire directory for dreamweaver.

Customer Service Screen Shot

Please take a look at this and let me know what you think. It is similar to the Customer Service page for textbooks.com. It's the clean look we are going for. Not certain about the color for the "Click here" links. Each link then takes you to a page with further details.

Dave, you said you only want the sections after we are done with them. I am working on the content for each (except that Matt already did the Contact Us page). I don't want to get too far down the road if this doesn't work for everyone else. Please let me know. I will continue to plug along in the meantime. Thanks!

Week 6 Homework?

Hey y'all...
Sorry to post non-website oriented material, but I was looking at Week 6 Assigns and it says to read CH13 in our books....PROBLEM....I only have 10 chapters in my book. Do y'all have 13 chapters and I've got the wrong text (little late for me to find out if so...) OR is this just written wrong by the instructor ??? Thanks !!!

Customer Service

Working on this week's discussion topic made us aware of how important the customer service features of the online experience can be. I scoped out all of the competition, and some are quite elaborate. Almost too much information on some.

Here's what I think we need to include at a minimum: Cancellation policy, Contact us, FAQs, Return Policy, Shipping policy, and Tracking your Package. Matt has already done the Contact Us page. I will continue to work on the rest.

Please let me know if you think of others we definitely need to include.
